She combines expert craftsmanship with an abundance of imagination to transform fabrics into beautifully structured, cascades of wearable art that will last a lifetime. She constructs both decadent couture and ready-to-wear timeless garments that allow the elegance of the female form to truly shine.
The decadence of days gone by are her muse. She looks to history for inspiration. From the dramatic finery of the Regency and Victorian era, to the statement lines and edges of the 60s and 80s. Farah designs with strong women of the past in mind. She picks and chooses statement looks that speak to her and blends these with her own timeless style and elegance
Yards of beautiful fabric, beads, and lace are her pen
When Farah looks at her materials, she sees an abundance of possibility, with no limits. This attitude has characterised her life since childhood. Her mother taught her dressmaking skills, and she took them and ran, skipped and danced into a life of fashion design. Her formal training came later at the London College of Fashion where she graduated as one of the top students.
