How do I place an order?

To place an order, first you need to register here. You’ll then be able to submit your order. By registering, you’ll have all your information saved in one place, this means you’ll be able to track your order, browse the history of past orders, save your delivery address for speedy future checkouts, and save any pieces you might want to buy later.

How do I know my size?

We use the French sizing guide, this works on standard sizing from 34 to 44. You can work out your French size by using this handy size chart.

Do you ship worldwide and provide a tracking number?

We ship all our garments worldwide. We use an incredibly reliable courier, such as DHL, who will provide a tracking number for all orders outside of Kuwait.

For orders to Kuwait, we use a reliable delivery courier who will deliver your item either the day of or day after your order is placed (provided the product is ready to be shipped).

When will I receive my order?

For international orders, please allow 7 to 10 max working days for your item to be packaged and delivered. If you are in a rush do inform us after you place an order when do u wish the delivery date to be and we’ll be happy to try to meet the deadline.

For orders in Kuwait, please allow 1 to 2 days maximum for delivery. Once dispatched, your item will be delivered on the same day as your confirmation.

Please note that the delivery time is for all orders that are ready to be shipped. For bespoke items, these delivery times refer to the time needed after the piece has been completed.

Do you accept bespoke orders?

We occasionally accept bespoke orders. Kindly email us at info@farah-almesbah.com for more
information and help with regard to bespoke orders.

Please note that all pieces sold via the website come as pictured and described and cannot be adapted.

Only the items described as COUTURE can be adapted.

Do you have more selection of clothes than what is displayed on the website?

Occasionally we have other products or variations of existing products not displayed on the website. Please contact us via info@farah-almesbah.com for more assistance.

Do you have a physical store to visit?

The Atelier of Farah Almesbah is where you can physically browse and try on the collections. The atelier is located in Yarmouk, Kuwait. Kindly note that Farah accepts clients by appointments only, unless stated otherwise.

Do you accept refunds and exchanges?

We accept refunds and exchanges of our products within 10 days of the product’s delivery (unless it is a bespoke item or has been altered). All returns must be in a condition that shows no signs of use and must be returned with all original packaging and tags.

Kindly note that products that are bespoke (or made to order) or altered cannot be returned or exchanged.

For international orders:
Should you wish to return an order where the value of the item or items together is 800 KD (roughly 2600 USD) or above, 10% of the value of the items (excluding VAT) will be deducted from the refund. Please note, this is regarding returns of a single item or multiple pieces where the entire order is sent back with the value of 800 KD or above.

The shipping cost will be at the responsibility of the customer.

Can you alter sizes and fix damaged garments?

Yes, we want to make sure you have the garment of your dreams that fits you beautifully, so we will alter the size free of charge for any product purchased via the official website, the atelier or an official stockist. We’ll also happily repair damages, although these could incur an additional cost.
