Farah’s Story
Born to design, fashion runs through Farah’s DNA
Her family’s history reflects their passion for fashion. From her grandfather who owned a clothes factory that supplied schools and retailers, to her mother, noted for her elegant style, who has been making clothes since the 70s. Farah grew up with an innate passion for sewing, pattern cutting and design. After helping her mother as a child, she created her first garment at age seventeen, purely hand sewn.
Always the trendsetter, never the follower
Since she was a teenager, Farah had an appreciation for the unique and unusual. And it was then she developed the ethos of investing in a few, beautiful pieces, rather than buying many generic clothes that everyone else wears. Never one to follow trends, this ethos runs through all couture Farah designs today. She believes beautiful clothes are the best way for a woman to truly express her personality.
Her passion became her destiny
Farah’s unique approach to fashion was admired by family and friends who all urged her to pursue a career in it. After getting a foundation in business, graduating from Kuwait University in Business Administration, she joined the college she had always known she was destined for: London College of Fashion. After graduating as one of the top students, her passion only grew. She would buy vintage and new pieces to see how they were crafted.

Building a brand
Farah knew she wanted to create pieces that are hard to find elsewhere. Her vision was simple yet ambitious: to design unique garments that emphasize a woman’s beautiful form, always flattering the wearer. With this mission at the front of mind, she would patiently devote all her time to crafting the perfect proportion of every piece with all its details carefully added. And her hard work paid off. Soon, Farah was making a name for herself in the industry.
Her brand grew by word of mouth and then she started being approached by celebrities and fashion editors from Elle, Nylon and Elléments magazine. Actress Laila Abdallah once said, “Can you dress me for the rest of my life? I felt like a queen in your design!”
Making modern day heirlooms
Farah’s vision has become a reality. Today, she creates masterpieces with love in her private atelier in Kuwait. Her clothes are designed to be timeless, the kind of pieces women cherish and pass down to their daughters.
She is part of every step of the process, from designing to pattern cutting, working closely with her team at every stage and even draping the clients orders herself. Her team, in the atelier, even do the embroidery by hand, the traditional couture way for added richness.
Quality is a top priority, which is why she uses the finest materials imported from around the world. It is this dedication to her craft that has made Farah so popular and well respected in the fashion world.
