We deliver both nationwide and worldwide, from our official atelier and office located in Kuwait city. We use a reliable representative for the deliveries in Kuwait and a reliable courier (mostly DHL) who provides a tracking number for all worldwide deliveries.
All orders after our authorization will be prepared for delivery within 2-3 business days (excluding official holidays and weekends) if the order is ready to dispatch and is available. Otherwise we will inform you about any delays.

All deliveries will need to be signed for upon arrival at your address. If you are unable to sign for the delivery, please include the name and contact information of the person who will be signing on your behalf. This must be included in the shipping address information you provide.
The delivery address must be a residential location, it cannot be an office or working space. This is to ensure your garments safe delivery from door to door. It is vital you provide us with the correct address as we cannot amend incorrect addresses if the order has been dispatched
Orders based in Kuwait
For domestic deliveries please allow 1 to 3 working days for delivery.
We offer free delivery for all domestic orders. However, if the item needs to be returned, there will be a 2KD charge from our courier service.
For international deliveries allow 7-10 working days for delivery. Please understand official holidays may delay the delivery time, so always allow about 14 days delivery time. Please inform us should your order will be for a special occasion with a specific date. We will be happy to try to meet the deadline or advise you further.
We offer free delivery worldwide for orders that exceed 800 KD (roughly 2600 USD)
Should you wish to return a single item, or the entire order where the value of the order is 800 KD or above offering free delivery, 10% of the order’s value (excluding the VAT) will be deducted from the refund. Please note, this is regarding returns of multiple pieces where the entire order or a single item with that value or above is sent back. The shipping cost will be at the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are only accepted for full priced garments ordered in our official atelier or sold via our website. Any product will need to be returned within 10 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a refund.
Before returning the product, we require you to get in touch with Farah Almesbah at email@example.com to authorise the return and exchange. You will then be emailed the return/exchange form. When preparing your item for return, make sure to include the original receipt as well as the return/exchange form. The products returned must not show any signs of use and must be returned with all tags on the inside of the full packaging. Otherwise the product will be returned to you and the transaction will be final.
Any returns that do not pertain to the above will be returned to you and we will be unable to issue a refund.
Please note, all orders after 10 days from the day of delivery are final.
Please understand that the full refund will be equal to the value of the products but won’t include the tax charge and the delivery charge.
- International orders outside the Middle East are final (for now)
Returning / Exchanging sale items
All sale items are final. Regrettably, returns and exchanges are not accepted for any items that have been on sale or discounted. Exchanges of the product or colour of the product will not be permitted.
Exchanges for sale items are only possible in the case of changing the size of the same product in the same colour. This exchange must be agreed upon with Farah Almesbah’s team within 10 days of the delivery.
Please note that any return or exchange without our authorisation won’t be accepted.
Bespoke/made to order and altered pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns delivery costs
The cost of a return or exchange of an item, whether the order is domestic or international, will be at the cost and risk of the customer. For international orders, we ask that you please use a reliable courier that has a tracking number, otherwise the parcel may not be delivered and can be at the risk of loss or damage.
Returning an order with complimentary delivery
International orders that exceed the cost of 800 KD (roughly 2500 Euros) will be delivered worldwide free of charge. Should you wish to exchange this item for another item of the same value or higher or change its size, we will happily offer to collect it and resend it to you free of charge.
Should you wish to return an item or an entire order above the value of 800 KD, 10% of the cost of the item will be deducted from the refund. The shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
For domestic orders, the shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
If the item is bespoke/made to order, the transaction is final and due to its nature it’s hard to exchange or refund it.
All refunds on returns will be in your account within 7 working days. However, please note that official holidays may delay the bank transfer duration time.
The transactions are made in Kuwaiti Dinars. As such, the amount refunded is subject to the exchange rate at the time of refund. The amount returned to you in your own currency may be different from the amount you initially paid.
